Grab any door handle like this. 📍 You’re gonna sit back in this and even try to get your head through here like that. Really opening up those shoulders.
📍 Just hanging there nice and slow. You can kind of wiggle back in here. And really get that tension out of there. Everything’s slow and controlled. And hold this for a good 📍 15, 20, even 30 seconds. Come out real slow and you 📍 can repeat that 1, 2, 3 times. You can do that throughout the day. It’s a great stretch to get rid of all 📍 of this tension in the shoulders.
