I had problem with my neck turning my
head from side to side been going on for
a couple of months so I came in to see
Dr Alter but only was causing me to uh
risk my life driving cuz I couldn’t turn
see cars coming so that woke me up oh
man I was just trying to exercise it out
and stuff but it was I’m now safe to
drive I can turn my head in both
directions and so that’s a good thing
it’s also helping me just my lower back
