Hey, Dr. Alter, your Delray Beach chiropractor. Let’s talk about food and diet for a minute. Food and diet. People ask me all the time, what should I eat? Should I eat this? Should I eat that? Here’s the truth to it. If you look at a calendar of what you put in your body throughout the month, you write in here, right in here, right in here, right in here.
The best thing you can do is eliminate the bad stuff. You can’t pile broccoli on top of a bunch of garbage and get a good result. It’s eliminate the poisons, and most of what you’re eating is poison if it’s not in its natural state. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, some meat products. If it’s not identifiable by a child, you hold this up and you say, what is that?
And the kid says, apple, you know, it’s okay. It fits in a box. It fits in a can. It’s typically bad when I go to the grocery store, I go to the produce, I get some water, I might go get some brown rice, and I’m out of there. I’m not going down all of these aisles full of garbage, and I recommend you don’t either.
