You Have One Body For LIFE

I’ve got a scenario for you. Okay? Here’s the scenario. You get any car you want, no price limitation, no catch, whatever you want,  but you’ve gotta keep it for your entire life. You can’t trade it, you’ve gotta drive it. You can’t sell it. How would you take care of that car? 

Well, your body is that car. You get one body that you’ve gotta navigate through life for your entire life. You can’t trade it, you don’t get a new one. So why don’t people take care of it like they take care of their car?  My suggestion is you make your health a top  priority.
