I’m showing you what’s called an intersegmental traction table

or sometimes called the roller table. This is a table that we use on almost all of our patients. It kind of stretches

and exercises the spine. It warms you up before the adjustment.

And what’s happening is

there’s something kind of rolling through like this. And it’s

it’s doing this to every segment. Okay.

So segments get stuck and the motion of this is kind of breaking up fixations as best as possible. So it’s a

it’s a perfect start before the actual adjustment. Segments that are really stuck

this won’t unlock them.

It takes the chiropractic adjustment. But for a regular kind of maintenance thing

this is analogous to brushing your teeth for your spine. Okay. People should really have these at home from the time they’re a kid and use them. And we’d have half the arthritis we have. People love them. They’re very effective.
