📍 📍 📍 I’ve had lower back issues since I was 16, 17 years old, was an athlete growing up. 📍 And it just started to cause a lot of issues of stiffness and numbness into my leg. And over the years I’ve tried to go to different providers 📍 and it just, nothing ever really helped as much as I would like.
When it would flare up or when I would go into these periods of I just call it being out of whack. The stiffness would be and the pain would be 📍 pretty overwhelming.
