your delray beach chiropractor. I want to show you today how to use the foam roller to kind of dig into the lower back and apply some pressure to work out some of the tightness we all have in our lower back. So you can take the foam roller,
place it down. We never lie back over the foam roller on our lower back.
If anything,
we’re elevated like this. But for this particular move, you’re going to take the foam roller, you’re going to turn it and bring it across. And what we’re doing is we’re using this edge right there. That edge is going to dig into the lower back. You can see here I’m on my elbow. I’ve got my feet up.
I’m in kind of an athletic position and I’m settling right on top there. We’re not rolling. We’re just applying some sustained pressure to the lower back. Okay, again, you start with it kind of parallel, turn it, bring it back across, set your back onto it, elbow down, athletic position
and there heaviness onto that area.
