βHere’s a great stretch for the upper back and shoulders. I’m asked all the time how to get π rid of tension that we all hold in the upper back and shoulders. This is a great stretch. βGrab any door handle like this. π You’re gonna sit back in this and even try to get your head through here like that. Really opening up those shoulders.
π Just hanging there nice and slow. You can kind of wiggle back in here. And really get that tension out of there. Everything’s slow and controlled. And hold this for a good π 15, 20, even 30 seconds. Come out real slow and you π can repeat that 1, 2, 3 times. You can do that throughout the day. It’s a great stretch to get rid of all π of this tension in the shoulders.
