Stretch for Neck Pain

📍 📍 📍 Hey, Dr. Ryan Alter your 📍 Delray Beach chiropractor. I’ve got a stretch 📍 for you today. It’s a stretch dealing with the neck, what you’re gonna do is you’re gonna sit 📍 like this straight. We’re not gonna slouch. We’re gonna sit straight up and you’re gonna let your head drop to the right, and you’re also gonna engage this 📍 shoulder down.

 right when you do that, you can feel the stretch immediately. The head tilts to the right, the shoulder comes down, you reach up gently with 📍 your hand, gently pull to the side. You’re gonna 📍 hold that 10, 15 seconds, then you’re gonna change the angle and pull in that direction. When you’re done with that, you bring that up, shrug your shoulders, work 📍 that muscle a little bit.

 Now we’re gonna go the 📍 other direction. Let the head tilt, shoulder drops gently reach up with the hand, 📍 gentle pull. Then you’re gonna change the angle. We’re gonna go that direction. And come out kind of work the area, shrug those shoulders. 📍 It’s a great way to start the day to make sure you are 📍 feeling your best.
