how long does it really take to get
better
well let this line represent Optimal

this is when your body is just working
perfectly typically this is right when
you’re about 16 years old and then from
then on we kind of start to beat
ourselves up and do this and do that and
these vertebrae can shift start to put
pressure on these nerves and at some
point
we wind up down here
in the pain Zone or it can be a variety
of other symptoms numbness tingling
headaches and at that point when a
patient comes into my office this is
what we need to do we start to make our
spinal adjustments and start to get this
person better and oftentimes we’re going
to use our spinal decompression tables
as well and we try to get the patient up
around and better better better better
better better and then at that point I’m
going to have a plan to keep you good
okay because what a waste it would be to
do all that work and then wind up just
having it get bad again now this takes
some time for an adult it’s right around
90 days now why 90 days well 90 days is
the time it takes for muscles tendons
ligaments bones and nerves to heal it’s
kind of like if you sprained your ankle
it takes about 90 days and the spine
works the same now it might take a
little bit more or a little bit less
depending on your history but when you
come in to see me we’ll sit down and go
over all that and I’ll put together a
plan to get you the best results
