your Delray Beach Chiropractor. Should I go to the gym first and then come and get adjusted? Or should I come and get adjusted and then go to the gym after? This is a question I get asked in my office all the time and the answer is kind of gray. So if you’re not feeling good, something’s kind of jammed up and you’re going to go to the gym, well it’s better to come and get it adjusted because you don’t want to work out when things are not right.
Kind of grind them down. But when you go and work out, you kind of Move things around and shift and you can get yourself jammed up. So it’s great to get an adjustment after. So really both ways are okay. But really to answer the question, if you don’t feel good and you’re on your way to the gym, it’s better to come and get adjusted first.
If you’re feeling great, go do your workout. Come here after and we’ll put everything back together. Makes sense. Doesn’t it? It can go either way.
