I've been going to Alter Chiropractic for 7 years or more. My back and shoulder pain was so bad I couldn't even screw in a lightbulb; after a few visits with Dr Alter, I was right as rain. Since then, I've been going in, not as often as Dr Alter says I should, but whenever the pain returns or just for an occasional spine tuneup. My only gripe is that the heated massage table treatment is too short.
